Janelle Monáe Announces ‘Dirty Computer Tour’

Posted by Unknown on 9:42 PM

Janelle Monáe is ready to drop her new album Dirty Computer and hit the road. The multifaceted songstress has announced a North American tour with special guest St. Beauty.

Kicking off June 11 in Seattle, the forthcoming 27-city Live Nation-produced tour will hit cities like Vancouver, Portland, Los Angeles, Denver, Minneapolis, and New York. It will continue through spots like Boston, Charlotte, Miami, and Orlando before coming to a close Aug. 4 in Atlanta.

To go along with the tour announcement, Janelle released a dazzling video for her newest DC single, “I Like That.” It’s a special effects-filled clip full of multiple Janelles. Sitting beside a peacock, in a bathtub around flamingos, or surrounded by other versions of herself, Monáe professes self-love throughout.

The stunning clip follows singles like “Make Me Feel,” “Django Jane,” and “PYNK” from the forthcoming album and “emotion picture” Dirty Computer, which is due April 27.

Tickets for the upcoming trek go on sale May 2. Every U.S. ticket purchased includes a standard digital copy of Dirty Computer.
