Drake’s ‘Take Care’ Surpasses 250 Weeks on Billboard 200

Posted by Unknown on 12:27 PM

Drake’s Take Care continues to make “Headlines.”

The Canadian rapper’s 2011 sophomore album resumes its lengthy run on the Billboard 200 this week, surpassing the 250-week marker. Coming in at No. 105 in its 251st week, the project boasts a slew of lauded tracks, including “Headlines,” “Crew Love,” “Marvins Room,” and more.

Take Care is one of three 6 God projects on the Billboard 200 this week. This year’s More Life is sitting at No. 56 in its 40th week, while Views lands at No. 88 in its 86th week.

Drizzy hasn’t revealed the title of his next project, but some have been clamoring for Take Care 2. Earlier this year, the 6 God fueled rumors of the sequel with a photo that reminded fans of the original’s album cover.

Though a sequel has not been confirmed, Drake has been working on a new album for the new year. In August, he revealed that he was crafting the project in his hometown of Toronto and he’s reportedly enlisted London On Da Track and Pi’erre Bourne to lend a hand on the production side.
