DJ Khaled just secured the crib. He just copped a new mansion in Beverly Hills for a cool $9.9 million, featuring 7 bedrooms and 11 baths.
Previous owners of the crib include country singer Clint Black and UK singer Robbie Williams.

According to a report, the crib was listed at $11 million, but Khaled was able to use his major talk to get them down. Key!
