On Friday, Taxstone leaked an excerpt of his interview with Meek Mill.
In it, Meek concedes Drake’s diss track ‘Back To Back’ was “hot.”
But then he added that he didn’t think it was the kind of kill shot a lot of the rest of the world thought it was.
The excerpt ends with Taxstone asking Meek why he didn’t respond to ‘Back to Back’ promptly and properly.
The full interview was released today, and here’s Meek’s answer:
“I was on tour at this time when all of that shit was going on, ‘Back to Back.’ And when I record, I don’t really record like that. And I always move at my time.”
Given Meek started the fight, is that a valid excuse for taking it easy after getting punched?
