This week instagram users were left really wanting some sweet potato pie after a guy named James Wright took a bite of the legendary Patti Labelle’s Sweet Potato Pie and recorded it. His reaction was literally priceless and the video went viral in seconds.

James Wright truly caught everyones attention when he started singling like Patti Labelle after taking a bite of her sweet potato pie. Going down as one of the best pie reviews on the internet yet, James’s asked his viewers to tag Patti hoping she would see his review, and sure enough Miss Labelle ended up seeing the viral video.

TMZ caught up with Patti Labelle when she was spotted out in London, and they asked her for her thoughts on the recent rise in her pie sells and heres was Pati had to say…

When asked if she will go to James to review another pie, she smiles and says…

” I did it myself “

Miss Patti Labelle was in no way shape or form trying to share credit for the rapid success of her pies but she did compliment James on his vocals and thanks him.

“Hes a wonderful singer, and he just a wonderful guy”

According to TMZ some of Patti’s pies are selling on craigslist for $100 and Walmart will be out of stock till December.
