Jimmy Winfrey (aka PeeWee Roscoe) pleaded guilty to 6 counts of violating GA’s gang act in the Lil Wayne tour bus shooting. Cobb County Judge Staley sentenced Jimmy Winfrey to 20 years, with 10 to serve in prison and the rest on probation. Hit the jump for more.
No one was injured when the shooting took place. Around twelve people were on the buses around 3 a.m. after a performance at the Compound nightclub on Brady Avenue, police previously said. Police report PeeWee did this just for some street cred.
Previously, rumors circulated that Young Thug and Birdman were the masterminds behind the shooting. However, there were no charges for either rappers, proving sometimes rumor are just rumors.
PeeWee Roscoe was previously in T.I.’s MTV Show ‘Road To Redemption’. If you watched that episode, you would of thought that PeeWee learned that gang banging isn’t beneficial, and was prepared to change his life around. However, that hasn’t been the case, as the Atlanta resident will be spending some years behind bars. You can’t keep giving people second chances.
