After actor Paul Walker passed away in a car accident, his family has been fighting tooth and nail to come to a conclusion as to what REALLY happened.
His daughter, 16-year-old Meadow Walker, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche, stating that she thinks the actual car itself is to blame for her father’s death as apposed to just the crash. Apparently Walker tried to escape from the vehicle, which was caught on fire, but was unable to due to the car’s features.

“When the Porsche Carrera GT crashed and broke apart, Paul’s seat belt snapped Walker’s torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis,” she states in court documents.
This lawsuit is still an on-going battle and the judge has not yet made a decision in regards to who will win as of yet.
Hopefully Paul Walker’s family can find some peace of mind soon. RIP!
