After releasing his Forever and a Day EP last month, August Alsina re-ups with his remix to Kehlani’s “Nunya.”
The R&B crooner sings about a former lover, who didn’t know what she had until it was gone. “Putting on a show / ‘Cause you don’t want the world to know / That you lost a man who loved you all along,” he sings.
But it’s too late and he’s moved on. “I gave you time to make me a priority / Put my feelings out there / You ignored it,” sings August, adding, “Ain’t nunya business to know who I’m with.”

The Hit-Boy-produced “Nunya” featuring Dom Kennedy can be found on Kehlani’s mixtape While We Wait, which also features 6LACK and Ty Dolla $ign.
August and the new mom had previously discussed a potential collaboration. “Let’s build loved one! &create vibes for the universe. A.k.A FUCK Sht Up!” he tweeted. “I’m right’chea when ready.”
