All Safaree Samuels wants for Christmas is Erica Mena.
The “Love & Hip Hop” star, 37, surprised his girlfriend, 31, by proposing to her on Christmas Eve. While surrounded by friends and family at Mena’s house in Atlanta, Samuels got down on one knee and presented Mena with a diamond engagement ring.
Safaree went all out during his grand proposal, which included 20,000 rose petals and 200 candles. 112 serenaded an emotional Mena with “Cupid” and “Crazy Over You” as she entered the living room. The celebration capped off with a fireworks spectacular.
“2019 is the year of new beginnings and it’s safe to say our guy Safaree stepped up and put a ring on it,” Safaree’s rep told TMZ.
The ring, which Safaree personally designed with Trax NYC, reportedly cost $175,000 and features 14 carats in platinum.

Mena showed off her massive rock on Instagram and praised Samuels. “I’m absolutely the luckiest woman in the world,” she wrote. “A Man who has never been afraid to love me. A MAN who has been here and knows everything I been through. Everything before this- It no longer matters.”
The “Love & Hip Hop” stars started dating earlier this year. Safaree gushed about his wife-to-be on social media. “Wifey I see why they be mad,” he tweeted alongside a photo of her. “I really lucked up this time. I dreamed for you.”
Safaree previously dated Nicki Minaj, while Mena was engaged to Bow Wow in 2014.
