One year after delivering his debut Teenage Emotions, Lil Yachty sails out once again with his sophomore album, Lil Boat 2.
The 17-song sequel to his 2016 mixtape delivers an array of collaborations, including 2 Chainz (“Oops”), Quavo (“Talk to Me Nice”), Ugly God (“Boom!”), PnB Rock (“She Ready”), Tee Grizzley (“Get Money Bros.”), Trippie Redd (“66”), and two cuts with Offset (“Mickey” and “Baby Daddy”).
Yachty supplies his second album while planning his next releases. So far, the Quality Control rhymer has announced a collaborative project with Takeoff and a Glacier Boyz joint effort with Migos and Gucci Mane.
Last year, Teenage Emotions bowed at No. 5 on the Billboard 200. Understanding disappointment from his fans, Boat promised to take their criticism “into consideration” while crafting his next project.
