Earlier this year when Tory Lanez dropped two mixtapes at once, The New Toronto 2 was overshadowed by the more popular Chixtape 4. In order to give the tape some more exposure, the Canadian singer launched the official video for the A$AP Ferg-featured “Bal Harbour”.
