An off guard LA officer has opened fire on a group of teens in a recent video. In the video we can see the officer tussling with the teens. There’s atleast 6 teens being surrounded by this one man. Crazy! It’s hard to tell what these teens are even harassing this man for.
As a result of this, two juveniles were arrested. The man who by the way never identified himself as an officer or pulled out a badge was not arrested. Thankfully no one was hurt.
