Last night, Adele took home the album of the year awards at the Grammy’s. She did a moving speech telling the Queen Bey how inspired she was by her. Even made Beyonce shed a few tears. Terrence “Punch” Henderson, co-president of Top Dawg Entertainment, took to Twitter to share that Kendrick Lamar was not too happy with the win.
Punch tweeted,
I just spoke to kdot. He’s really up set about the Queen B not getting her album of the year trophy.
I mean Beyonce still had an amazing performance last night which is a win in its own but we totally understand K-dot’s frustration. Maybe next year.
