Danielle Bregoli is getting all kinds of attention after her now-viral appearance on Dr. Phil, but her merch game is about to slow up.
In what was certainly a smart move, Bregoli immediately released merchandise to capitalize off of her 15 minutes. In what was NOT a smart move, the shirts she dropped with her catchphrase “Cash Me Ousside” featured the same C from Champion sportswear’s logo – and their parent company, Hanes, is NOT with the shits.

Hanes has fired off a cease and desist to Danielle and her mother, explicitly stating that they want to protect their “extensive consumer goodwill and reputation.” Mom and daughter have a week to halt production of anything with the C logo…or they’ll be facing quite the lawsuit.
They don’t want those problems!
