Thao “Sandy” Doan paid a student $28,000 after he threatened to tell police about their sexual encounters. The student pretty much blackmailed her. The boy was 14 when he and the teacher were having sex.
The boys mother says she read suspicious texts from the boy which is when she got curious. Her son was telling the teacher that her son was asking the woman for money and telling her if she did not give it to him he would turn her in. At the time, her son was going through a rough patch.
Detectives than interviewed Thao. She then admitted to having sex with the young boy.
