Yesterday hip-hop got the tragic news of losing another digital media pioneer for the rap game. Now the smoke clears and details emerge surrounding Q’s untimely death.
According to the San Diego County coroner, Lee “Q” O’Denat passed away at the young age of 43 from a heart attack. Sources tell TMZ that he’s been going extra ham at the gym recently, trying to get in shape for his upcoming MTV show this spring, and basically overworked his heart. Q has also been telling friends how busy he’s been juggling the gym and the show. Crazy, just trying to get in shape…fly high Q!
