Savage Mode was what really put 21 Savage on the map.
The tape was a collaboration with Metro Boomin, and in a new Fadar cover story Savage says he has 20 to 30 new tracks with Young Metro, which could make up a Savage Mode 2.
In the article, Metro raved about Savage’s style.
“Rap’s way too friendly. That’s why I fuck with him — it’s not buddy buddy, with five, six niggas on every song. It’s ‘Fuck that nigga.’ If you ever see 21 Savage do a song with a rapper, it’s because he got paid the way he wanted to get paid.”
Don’t be surprised if you get a Thanksgiving surprise from Metro and Savage.
