Another L for Baylee Curran and another W for Breezy.
According to a report from TMZ, the gun case against Chris Brown from the whole “gun-pulling” incident is about to be closed. Reason being there is not enough evidence and Baylee has really been making herself out to look like a girl thirsty for fame. The case was supposed to be submitted to prosecutors 2 weeks ago but the D.A. isn’t moving it forward because of the lack of evidence cops have that Brown actually pulled a gun on Miss Curran.
Chris threw a duffel bag out of the window during the home standoff and cops say they found 2 guns inside, but they can’t tie them to Breezy. Brown does have some history with prosecutors though, who wanted to see him behind bars while he was on probation for the whole Rihanna ordeal, but that issue is not relevant in this very weak case.
If cops really do want to pursue this, they can take the case to the L.A. City Attorney for misdemeanor assault prosecution but that’s as far as it will go.
