There were reports going around of a Trenton police officer allegedly having sex with a prostitute while at a K9 training. Ed Leopardi has since shot himself in the head since the reports came out. Not only was Leopardi an officer, he was a 22-year veteran who also served as mayor in Franklin Township.
It was said that Leopardi had unprotected sex with the prostitute and managed to maneuver his way around the cameras around the facility. Reportedly after Leopardi was finished he wiped his penis off with a curtain.
The Trentonian reported,
“Acting Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo Onofri confirmed Wednesday afternoon that Ed Leopardi had committed suicide apparently at his own home in Franklin Township, Gloucester County. The prosecutor said he had just received a phone call Wednesday afternoon about the cops’ sudden death. But he refused to say whether his office had interviewed Leopardi or had planned to interview him prior to the apparent suicide.”
The curtain has been taken into investigation for the prostitution allegations as well as the K-9 truck, and also the prostitute’s panties which she has turned over.
Leopardi leaves behind his wife and three children.
