Featured on the most recent episode of NBC’s Running Wild with Bear Grylls is Seahawks Marshawn Lynch. Grylls took Lynch to the Corsican Mountains in France.
While on the show, Lynch learned many survival skills such as how to make a bed out of tree branches, and haul a dead pig up the side of a mountain. He even found new use of his dreads in which he had to use one to start a fire!
