This is sad. Caught on video, we see a 71-year-old Federico LaGuardia getting robbed and shot in broad daylight. How could anyone do this to an old man? I will never understand.
In the video, we can see two men riding bikes. They then turn around and approach the man who was watering his lawn demanding his wallet. One of the boys then shot the man. Sad.
