NFL: Troy Smith Sentenced In Drunk Driving

Former NFL player, Heisman trophy winner, and All-American for Ohio State was sentenced for his OVI arrest earlier this year.

Once, Raven, 49er, Steeler, most recently Montreal Alouette, and now free agent, Troy Smith was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 suspended for his quite comical drunk driving arrest earlier this year. Judge clearly took pity on him.
