Two fans are now suing Irving Plaza and Live Nation. The fans claim they have sustained serious injuries from the shootout that took place during T.I.’s concert about four months ago.
Although the two fans weren’t shot, they said that the venue did not take proper precautions to make sure that everyone was safe. This lawsuit is pretty similar to the lawsuit Troy Ave filed last in August. Last month, his lawyer released a statement saying,
“The security here did not pat down anyone who came in the back door. That’s the problem here. The people who came in through the VIP entrance in the back were not checked by security… That’s how the gun got in.”
In this current lawsuit, the fans are claiming they “suffered physical injuries and mental anguish” after being trampled during the incident.
