The man who brought us the classic hip-hop film 8 Mile has suddenly passed away.
Curtis Hanson, who’s known for his Oscar award winning 8 Mile film about Eminem’s come-up and other huge projects like ‘L.A Confidential’, ‘In Her Shoes’, ‘The Hand That Rocks The Cradle’, and ‘The River Wild’, passed at his Hollywood Hills home yesterday afternoon.
Paramedics arrived on scene to the call of an unconscious man, but he was pronounced dead from a heart attack. Rest in peace to one of the greats as hip-hop hollywood loses another of their own.
