A crazy video coming out the great city of Detroit has gone viral. In the video a man, who seems to be the recorder parks his vehicle and a woman in a wheelchair approaches him. After parked the lady asks him to “meet me on the other block”. The poor guy tries to tell her that hes good and not interested in her “special services” haha. But the woman is about her money and is persistent. Check out the video below and weigh in on what you think.
