Snoop and Wiz are now being sued by 17 concertgoers who were injured after the railing collapsed at their show in New Jersey. About 40 people were injured as a result. One of the victims claim to have suffered a fractured spine. This lawsuit does not surprise me. I truly saw it coming.
The lawsuit states the duo yelled “Everybody in the mother******* grass bring your ass down here” right before the collapse. The people all rushed to follow Snoop and Wiz’s instructions which lead to the collapse. Three of the plaintiffs were actually employees of the venue BB&T Pavilion. Live Nation, who owns the venue is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit. They are calming that the company’s repairs on the railing was extremely crappy. During the collapse people fell roughly 10 feet onto the concrete. Sheesh.
Yeah, Snoop and Wiz just might have to cough this one up.
