The Pittsburgh Steelers cruise ship made an unexpected pick up on their trip today. They spotted a raft in the Gulf of Mexico with 16 refugees just floating away at sea with nowhere to go. There are many Steelers players aboard the ship and they couldn’t believe what was happening.

It is unclear what happened once the refugees were brought onto the ship but one thing for damn sure is they are much safer on the cruise ship compared to their raft that had them stranded.
James Harrison took some pictures of the incident and posted them on his Instagram page. The cruise started in Miami headed to Cozumel and Harrison’s joined by teammate Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Pirate Manny Sanguillen and Penguin Francois Leroux just to name a few.
