Kobe Bryant has gone up against Michael Jordan, Lebron James, Gary Payton and many other great defenders during his career but according to him, none of those guys are the toughest he ever had to deal with. Nope, that title goes to Tony Allen and Kobe let him know while gifting him a pair of autographed Kobe’s last night in Memphis.

For the record, Kobe has already acknowledged Allen as his toughest defender. Last night was just pretty much putting it in writing and a gift between two players who have a tremendous amount of respect for each other.
After the Lakers loss to the Grizzlies last night, Kobe gifted Allen the pair with the personal message. Pretty dope move by the Mamba!
