It’s been 12 days since Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their second child, Saint West into the world. After a painful delivery, Kim K has been laying low and and enjoying her time at home with her new baby. However, Thursday the Kardashian-West family ventured from hiding, and gave Saint West his first (kind of) public debut.

Kim, Kanye and North headed to the doctor for Saint West’s first check up. Kim was spotted with two year old North on her him, while Kanye carried his son, in the covered car seat.
