A construction worker found the body around 1:30pm. He immediately alerted authorities.
The fan was rushed to a hospital and pronounced dead on arrival. Sounds like one too many beers, and Cincinnati police Homicide Sgt. Mike Miller agrees. He told the media he thinks the death was drug-related. Set your limits, folks.
