Now, we can literally call ex-Yankees captain Derek Jeter the golden boy. One night after accepting the Icon award at Wednesday night’s ESPYs, the retired shortstop attended the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Sports Awards and feted with another honor.

Jeter was honored with the “Legend award”, then, as the tradition goes at the network known for dumping tons of slime on anyone and everyone, Jeter got a torrent of golden slime all over him.
A little later, Russell Wilson tried to show off some dance moves, but he needed Ciara’s assistance to not make him look so stiff and awkward. All in all it was a good night for the kids.
