We all have someone we look up too and could call our hero. Well, rapper French Montana’s hero is none other than the Mexican drug lord El Chapo. El Chapo has been making headlines for the past week for his second escape from prison. The man is known for being absolutely ruthless and is responsible for thousands of deaths but that’s who the ‘Don’t Panic’ rapper looks up to….

When asked if El Chapo is the biggest Trap Lord around, Frech responds “of course” and gives the fugitive a shout-out. He added, “That’s my idol.” Not the best person to have up on a pedestal if you ask me…In better news, French says he’s been in the studio working hard.
