The boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina, Nick Gordon was served with a $10 million lawsuit accusing him of beating and stealing from the daughter of the late Whitney Houston. Hit the jump for more details.
Gordon served with the lawsuit papers while leaving a Florida Starbucks. The lawsuit was filed in Fulton County, Georgia back in June. The complaint claimed that Gordon cause harm to Bobbi Kristina and detailed an incident where he punched her in the face and “knocking out a front tooth and (dragged) her upstairs by her hair.” Gordon is also accused of keeping a close watch on Brown’s financials and not allowing her freedom to make calls or appointments without his consent.
On the day of the tragic bathtub incident, a close friend reveals that Bobbi Kristina was planning to meet up with someone she confided in and previously told that Gordon was “not the man she thought he was.”
On that day however, Gordon and Brown got into an violent argument. According to the complaint “The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out.”
Bobbi Kristina Brown has been in hospice care for the past three weeks, after being in a medically induced coma for over a month.
