"Energy" video

Over the weekend, Drake premiered his “Energy” video via Apple Music. The Fleur and Manu-directed visual is pretty epic, and features Drizzy as some of today’s biggest stars – from LeBron James to President Obama, Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Floyd Mayweather and even Miley Cyrus and Oprah!

“I was like, ‘Man, you know, effects have come such a long way. I bet we could do something crazy with this.’” Drake told Zane Lowe before premiering the vid. “And how many people in the world feel like they have enemies? Everywhere you go, there’s always someone who wants to pull you down and even celebrity friends of mine or people that I don’t know. I want people to rewind it a bunch of times and go and tell someone else to watch it. It’s shocking, it’s beautiful, it’s a lot of things.”

He also added that he was inspired by Michael Jackson’s “Black or White” video, saying that he’s had the treatment in mind for a long time.
