DMX is in some trouble, and after an Erie County court ruling, it looks like he will be spending some time behind bars.
Over the past couple of years we’ve seen DMX get arrested a numerous amount of times. Today he went before judge after being arrested last month for failure to pay child support and traffic violations along with a few other things. Well it looks like everything has finally caught up with him.
According to WIVB News, DMX, who’s real name is Earl Simmons, has been sentenced to jail time in an Erie County Holding Center. It is reported that he will serve six months after a family court ruling, as a result of his failure to comply with a previous court order.
Damn … DMX is a rap legend and we would all like to see him get his ishh together.
