Judge Accepts New Nike Sneakers As Bail Payment as Jason Duval from Framingham, Massachusetts has successfully avoided jail for numerous charges by getting ‘creative.’

Many have been commenting on the ‘spiritual decline’ of sneaker culture though this story puts a twist on things. Jason Duval, age 39 was brought in on a warrant for previous possession charges when he explained to the judge that due to a rough divorce he didn’t have any money to pay the court. It’s reported that the charges were to be dropped pending a payment of $450 which Jason had not cleared.
