Just yesterday, we shared the story of 17-year-old Gage Garmo, a young man battling cancer whose last wish was to meet his favorite rapper – Eminem. Sadly, merely one day after his dream coming true, Gaga lost his battle to Osteosarcoma (a rare type of bone cancer,) and he passed away yesterday afternoon.
Gage’s family reports that the one-hour visit from his favorite rapper “really raised his spirits,” and a candlelight vigil was held last night by friends and family his high school. Rest in peace, Gage. Our prayers are with his family!
