Mike WiLL Made It’s protegees Rae Sremmurd got their name from Mike’s Drummer’s Ear label, obviously spelling it backwards to switch it up a bit. (You’re welcome for the ‘mind blown’ moment if you weren’t aware of that.)
To have some fun, MTV linked up with the duo – who individually go by Swae Lee and Slim Jimmy – to challenge them with a backwards spelling bee. Using words like their record label’s name (Interscope,) random objects and even their own names, the duo make an attempt at doing things backward and, well…the results are the hilarity below.
