I know Dame Dash has a lot to smile for these days, but a missing tooth shouldn’t be one of them! LOL! Instead of making his way to the dentist, Dame decided to take matters into his own hands by pulling out his front dental implant. He must have been excited about it because he showed off his brand new smile for the gram. The New York resident also tagged his dentist in the pic and stated in his caption that it’s way too expensive to be pulled out. Please people, DON’T you try this at home!
