David Ryall was a veteran British actor who has done plenty of work in movies and TV for more than 50 years, David Ryall went ahead and replaced Peter Cartwright in the role of Doge, an Order of the Phoenix member who is real tight with Albus Dumbledore, in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.
