The mother of Michael Brown, Lesley McSpadden, could face felony armed robbery charges for allegedly attacking people in a Ferguson, Mo. parking lot. Read more on the story after the jump!
Lesley McSpadden is accused of attacking the people in Ferguson, Mo. because they were selling T-shirts honoring Michael Brown. She allegedly led a group of 20 to 30 people, including her own mother, to a tent that was selling the merchandise to beat and rob the vendors selling the ‘Justice for Michael Brown’ merchandise.
One person was sent to the hospital and one was reportedly beaten with a pipe. $400 in cash and $1500 in merchandise was allegedly stolen by the attackers. Ferguson police will soon decide whether or not to charge Michael Brown’s mother and the others involved with felony armed robbery.
