For the most part, team executives and owners won’t take to social media to blast someone or a team, nor will they go on the news and rant about a topic. They are supposed to hold themselves to a higher standard and because of that when they are feeling a certain type of way they have to be creative about how they go about it. Last night the Suns front office was PISSED at the Spurs for bring a half-ass team to Phoenix for the preseason game between the two teams.

The Spurs didn’t bring any of their more well known players and didn’t even send coach Greg Popovich, making the Suns and their fans feel cheated out of the money they spent on tickets. The Spurs have done this before and have been fined. They claim it is to just rest players, but the preseason has barely started and it appears to come off as being purposely done everytime the Spurs do this. Not sure if it will lead to another fine since the games don’t really count yet, but Suns part owner Robert Sarver let the Spurs know he was not pleased while throwing a light jab in their direction. Suns fans should really like this guy.
