Chris Brown has appeared in Court for his probation hearing, alongside his attorney Mark Geragos, this Thursday, and it seems like the musician will be in jail, at least one more week.

Brown must remain incarcerated until his later hearing on May 9th, which his lawyer said he would file a motion to have Brown, released on some type of terms and conditions, if the issue is not dealt with.
Brown faces up to four years in prison if the judge decides the singer violated his probation.
