At least that’s one thing off Justin Bieber’s ever-mounting plate of problems. The troubled singer has settled a lawsuit with his former bodyguard, who accused JB of assault and battery, claiming he “berated and punched” him in the chest multiple times after a 2012 concert because he didn’t like the way he’d handled one of his boys.
Moshe Benabou, who is an ex-Israeli soldier also sued for more than $420,000 in unpaid overtime. No word on what Justin paid up, but the suit is settled and out of the way. (Sidenote though – Is it just me, or is kind of ridiculous that a former solider sued little itty bitty Justin Bieber for assault and battery? LOL!)
