Ever since recreational marijuana was legalized in Washington, stoners have been testing their limits with police tolerance. At the NW Harvest Fest 2013, a TWO POUND joint appeared and needed multiple people to light and smoke, including a police officer who looks more than happy to assist. Light it up y’all.
