Crazy world! Roger William Kelly of St. George, Utah came home to see his neighbor, a 29-year-old woman, passed out on her porch. When he noticed her unconscious, he picked her up and brought her to his apartment to change her clothes.

Rodger William Kelly, from St George, Utah, said he inserted his penis inside the unconscious 29-year-old on May 19 because “he was trying to save her life.” “He said he did place it inside of her to try and get her temperature up,” court documents said. He was arrested on Monday and charged with one count of first-degree felony rape.
