According to a lawsuit filed by iSource NYC, the urban brand clothing company owes them about $450,000 for material made in Pakistan and then shipped to New York last year, between April and June. The “specially ordered goods . . . [with] the ‘Rocawear’ brand name imprinted on [them],” says the wholesale company, were never returned, so therefore need to be paid for in complete. iSource is looking for the balance as well as 9% interest since the bill should have been paid back in 2012.
