Samsung Galaxy S4 is now available for AT&T customers to pre-order. Both Black and White 16GB versions will costs $199.99 with a two-year contract, $449.99 with a one-year agreement and $639.99 if you want to buy the phone outright. The smartphones will ship out to customers on April 30th and AT&T has promised the phones will arrive by May 3.
