Yesterday pictures of Justin Bieber smoking, what is believed to be weed, on New Year’s Eve surfaced. Bieber was partying with rapper, Lil Twist, and his brother who were both spotted rolling blunts. Bieber, who was there with a girl who wasn’t Selena, knew photos were being taken but was having a good time regardless of them. Today Justin took to his Twitter account to address the issue saying he’s “trying to be better.” Read what he said in the gallery.
