A 19-Year-Old woman(Chavez) from Los Angels California was under the influence when she lost total control of her Mercedes killing two homeless people in the process. Her night of fun ended two peoples lives and ruined the rest of hers.
Chavez was booked into Los Angeles County Jail on counts of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence.
Her bail was set at $100,000.
The homeless victims and the other people riding in the car were not identified.
